What the table leaves out

The plans differ in what they count. Pulsetic's limits count monitors, heartbeats and domains together and add regions as plans grow; Upcertain's count active monitors of any type, with members unlimited from Team upwards. Map your own list of checks before comparing prices.

Where Pulsetic does more

Region checks, SMS and call alerts, screenshots of failing monitors, real user monitoring and status page translation.

Where Upcertain is different

  • Confirmation checks you set per monitor, tuned to your deploys.
  • Unlimited members with roles on Team and Business.
  • Status pages with grouped incidents and per-service downtime.
  • MCP for Claude, Cursor and other agents.

Questions to ask before you switch

  • Do you need SMS or call alerts, or region checks?
  • Who needs a login, and who only needs alerts? Notify-only contacts cover the second group.
  • How long do your deploys or jobs normally take? That decides confirmation checks and heartbeat grace.

Moving from Pulsetic

  1. List what you monitor in Pulsetic: URLs, hosts or jobs, with their intervals.
  2. Import URLs and hosts with a CSV file, up to 200 rows at a time (CSV import); add heartbeat monitors one by one.
  3. Add alert channels and send a test to each.
  4. Point your status page subdomain at pages.upcertain.com if you had one (custom domains).
  5. Run both side by side for a week before switching the old checks off.

Questions

Can Upcertain take screenshots of failing pages?
No. Incidents record the failed request and the start of the response body instead.
Does Upcertain translate status pages?
No. Status pages are in English, with the names and announcements you write.
Is there a free plan?
Upcertain is in early access: billing is not enabled, accounts start on the Basic plan and plans are assigned from the account.
